I’ve worked in IT since 1983 and at 18 different companies. At this point it’s about half women in the workplace. And you can count the attractive ones I’ve worked with all those years on one hand. Same with the conservative ones.

BTW, the cute black secretary that ended up sleeping with pretty much every director doesn’t count.
