I’ve worked in IT since 1983 and at 18 different companies. At this point it’s about half women in the workplace. And you can count the attractive ones I’ve worked with all those years on one hand. Same with the conservative ones.
BTW, the cute black secretary that ended up sleeping with pretty much every director doesn’t count.

I have taken more than one hot female field rep to a client to close up a deal. Those super hot women have those older male business owners stuttering and googlie eyed in 5 seconds flat.
You're not kidding. It's almost as though the real driver behind pushing women into STEM fields is to get the ugly ones out of fields that have pretty ones. I've seen too many that remind me of "Marcy" from the 'Peanuts' comic strip.
