I’ve worked in IT since 1983 and at 18 different companies. At this point it’s about half women in the workplace. And you can count the attractive ones I’ve worked with all those years on one hand. Same with the conservative ones.

You're not kidding. It's almost as though the real driver behind pushing women into STEM fields is to get the ugly ones out of fields that have pretty ones. I've seen too many that remind me of "Marcy" from the 'Peanuts' comic strip.

That's pretty much true for all the men I've worked with over the years as well. Most of them seem to have a raging case of the furniture disease.
