I read an interview with a woman who had lived under both the Nazis and the Soviets. She said she preferred living under the Nazis because they told you what to do and as long as y0u did it, they left you alone. But, the Soviets wanted you to think in a particular way. If you didn’t the punishments were harsh, all the way up to executions. We are living with Soviets among us.
As for fighting the Children and Families legal structure, a friend had to use an attorney and a private detective to get custody of his grandchild away from DCF, who had given his grandchild to a known sex offender. The lawyer threatened the head of DCF with exposure and they gave up custody to the grandfather. The grandfather wanted to pursue them because there were other children in the pervert’s custody. The lawyer told him that doing that would almost certainly result in him losing custody. The lawyer said that fighting the state was next to impossible and they had only won this round because giving up the child was the path of least resistance. (In other words, don’t pick a fight with a 900 pound gorilla.)

This woman needs to get a good lawyer and sue the bastards for this threat. What the hell is really wrong with a confederate flag? It is a part of American history. To deny that is hiding your head in the sand. These people are clowns.
Eh, so burning the American flag is okey dokey because free speech, but flying the battle flag of a long defunct and defeated nation is no bueno.

One can’t sue a judge for a bad ruling. She could hire the best lawyer on earth and she isn’t suing anyone. The best she could do would be to appeal it.
Reports like these should always contain both the court and the judge’s name as well as the decision
When I go home to visit family in rural western NY (some call it “upstate” — it isn’t), I see more Confederate flags than I ever see in TN.
Ignorant people don’t even understand that it didn’t start life as a symbol for the Confederacy, slavery, etc. It’s a symbol opposing tyranny.

If you want to see a Confederate flag come to Tampa where I-4 and I-75 meet. You will see a huge Rebel flag on a 100ft pole alongside the highway. It’s on private property and has been there for years
