you guys might want to look into Vitamin B3 niacin it raises your HDL by 30% with normal dose. Which does a LOT more then just lower your cholesterol.

That’s a good point. I noticed in that reading some information amount preventing dementia with exercise. In about 18 months to 2 years, there might be some major brain issues due to the JAB, wonder if exercise would help offset that?
