I hope that sucker has some serious air conditioning?

The solar gain would have him well done before he finished the front and if there is any lens effect from the dome, nicely browned to burnt.

“If lawnmower guy hadn’t been killed, he’d have been charged as well.”

You’re probably right. But the felony charge of murder 2 the driver got and the charge of driving an illegal vehicle on a public road without the safety equipment, might have had a wide variant. By the way they handled the case. they only arrested one of the two auto handlers.

We may not have been given all the situation. The media is famous for doing a half azzed job on that.

Isn't Lucas the one who kept telling us he had contacts in (and went to) Africa, who had Obunghole's real birth certificate?

That might have worked in the 50s, but today all the lazy man would have to do is hire some Mexicans to do all those things.

2nd degree murder seems a bit harsh for something that usually only warrants vehicular homicide. Maybe they are trying to force a plea bargain.

Possibly, but the Lucas I was referring to is Lucas Electric....also known as the Prince of Darkness.
Lucas light switches had three positions....DIM.......FLICKER......OFF.
Lucas also had factory installed smoke in its wiring harnesses. However, once the smoke escaped, the harness became inoperable.
It was difficult to substitute other equipment for Lucas as it only came in Whitworth and not SAE or metric.
