I was headed to a Seafood Soul Fest last weekend, but decided not to go for this very reason. I mean who doesn’t like seafood but.....

Then there’s MLK Blvd in Eugene, OR. Top flight medical facilities at both ends of a two (?) mile long street with Autzen Stadium (U of O football) in the middle.

Appropriately enough, the county juvenile “jail” is across the street from the stadium.

Have you ever noticed that google maps always wants to send you down MLK blvd in every city you visit? It's like they have a deal with the thugs on MLK blvd to send the "marks" directly to them!
