Carter was a terrible president - but I have to give him credit for keeping active in his later years. His expression still shows a lot of joy in life.

Political advice for Biden Everything is relative. If you don’t want to look as senile as you are, stand next to Carter. Unfortunately, standing next to Jimmuh doesn’t fix your dumb as a bag of rocks problem.

I didn’t like Carter as president, but he has done some good works since then in a charitable sense. I feel sad seeing him so aged. But I see mentally, he is fully present, and probably sharper that the Play-Skool President we have been given for now. Judging by the skewed angle of his legs, I don’t think Mr. Carter is able to stand on his own anymore.
I would have thought Rosalind could have offered Jill B. a chair to sit in for that photo, so she wouldn’t need to walk on her knees. Not a big deal in the broader scheme of things.

No way is this picture genuine. I’m not sure exactly what’s going on, and whether Jill is actually there (though doubtful), but there’s no way that’s an actual picture of Joe kneeling next to Rosalyn. Just plain weird, like everything else to do with this “administration.”
