My well equipped...and very comfortable...diesel can go 810 miles (highway miles) on a full tank (I've done it...twice). And when empty I can fill it in about 4 minutes in any one of 40,000 stations nationwide.

I couldn't care less how luxurious it is...no sale.

Yup, those heavy Ford Explorer owners are finding that out the hard way. Now, you can get 1200 horsepower out of a multiple turbo’d 4-banger if done correctly. But how long will it last? About 10 passes down a quarter mile track-if you are really lucky.

I once saw a big John Deere with 7 turbos mounted on it spool up at a tractor pull. Left the line like a fire-breathing banshee and about halfway down the track it blew the entire head and hood clean off! But man was he was really hauling up until then-lmao!
