1. Sense of humor.
2. Be a gentleman. It’s becoming a lost art.
3. See to her needs before your own.
4. Let her know she is safe when she is with you. (See Number 2)
5. Listen. Don’t try to “help” unless she asks for it.
Follow these 5 simple (not easy) rules and you’ll get more tail than a barstool on Ladies Night.

But if you are ugly forget it. She will never make an effort to now the 5 with you.
Speaking from personal experience having dated for 5 years post divorce, your advice is spot-on.
Helped me land current GF of almost 3 years now and I've never stopped practicing 1-5 below.
Reality is, a big bank account and a sports car only get one so far. Act like a jerk ONCE and it's over.
truth!!! I’d put #4 as #1 though.
Not just to her but to other people. And look for that in her personality as well.
I have yet to see a marriage between two kind people fail.
Not nice. Kind.
It really is a different thing.
What makes a woman attractive?
1. Physical fitness. It’s becoming a lost art.
2. No drama. None. Handle your stresses normally.
3. Financial aptitude and awareness. Being $30k in debt isn’t remotely attractive - even if you meet 1 & 2 above.
4. Normal conversation for long periods of time - instead of looking at their phone every time it beeps.
5. Her mom. If her mom calls her more than twice in a day - run away! That lady never cut the umbilical cord and you’ll be screwed forever with that lady hounding you daily.
Lurker! You’re right on the money buddy!
“She’s always right” is my motto
Well, to be honest, back in the 1950’s I had a lot of failings on your attribute scale and figured that all I needed to win & hold a woman was let her know I was a recently discharged Marine...
Then I married a girl from a family of 10-children (she was 3rd youngest) and it only took her about a year to train me in your 5 attributes...
We recently celebrated the 61st year anniversary...
The training held...
One and two are the first things that got my attention for my husband. He is the funniest man I have ever known and he’s always been a gentleman to me.
