The best-case scenario is that someone is engaging in domestic surveillance. But there's a much darker scenario that could be in motion.
There are a handful of protections for the American people that the Deep State wishes didn’t exist. The Freedom of Information Act is the most famous and powerful as it has been used over the decades to uncover some of the most nefarious actions by government while acting as a deterrent to prevent them from being even more dastardly.
One of the least ballyhooed and utilized protections is the public transponder data available to track aircrafts and ships. Even the vast majority of military vehicles are subject to this type of tracking with notable exceptions under certain circumstances. It was through this tracking that Creative Destruction Media was informed by sources that a government surveillance plane has been circling the site of the Arizona ballot audits. This plane and others have been doing so from the beginning and continue to do so today.
Don’t be fooled by the stock image of the mundane-looking Pilatus PC-12/47E. This is a powerful surveillance tool often used by military and intelligence to collect unbelievable amounts of data with infrared cameras capable of seeing through obstructions and high-def cameras that can read license plates from the sky. It’s a Big Brother tool that would make Marvel’s “Hydra” proud, all wrapped up in a plane that could pass as a charter hop.
Following the loop of this particular plane reveals it originated at the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport. This almost certainly means it’s the spy plane used by the Phoenix Police Department. We have reached out to the department for confirmation and to ask about the case for this particular flight on April 30. With no major crimes reported in the area at the time, this reinforces the notion that it was coopted by government entities; the expensive flights are otherwise kept to a minimum except in extreme circumstances.

CDMedia has been informed by multiple verified sources that U.S. government intelligence surveillance aircraft have been circling over the Arizona election audit location. The PC-12 aircraft has full motion video capability and can vacuum up cell phone transmissions and follow the connection to the other end of the call to find out intelligence on the other party involved.
These aircraft were used heavily in the Middle East against terrorists. There is no information on what U.S. government agency is using the aircraft to spy on American citizens working for election integrity. One source told CDMedia it could be the FBI, the military, or U.S. intelligence agencies.
The best-case-scenario is that a government agency is keeping tabs on the auditors and, more importantly, their findings as they are presented in real-time. This could be very useful in not only keeping them ahead of developments from the audit but also tracking participants and their connections to help identify further targets for surveillance.
As bad as that sounds, it may be even worse. Conspiracy theorists have long-speculated aircrafts such as these have the capability of destroying or manipulating data on the ground through any device with an internet connection. If the Deep State was involved in stealing the 2020 election, as we have long believed to be true, then it would behoove them to throw monkey wrenches into as many aspects of this audit as possible.
One does not have to wear a tinfoil hat to question the motives of those who assigned a military surveillance aircraft to circle the site of an important voter fraud audit.

The plane pictured with number HB-FVP is a demonstrator for the company, not the actual plane circling; the PC-12 designation is the plane manufacturer and type.
Without the tail number, there is no way to know who is operating the plane, which is why the graphic shows N/A for Registration etc and shows only the generic plane type.
Speculation that it is operated by some government agency is just that until shown otherwise; it could just as easily be Nancy Pelosi’s plane or whoever is running the DNC or some citizen schmuck shooting real estate photos of the buildings
Its recording which cell phones are in the area talking. While they can do this on the ground later. Its easy now to figure out who is talking and where, without a warrant using this plane. One of these planes can, and do fly around foreign countries of interest and record or otherwise detect all transmissions. They can even simulate local phone use. And they can bounce internet traffic into the area. The real work is being done in Florida. The plane is there like a local router. The plane can even connect into the local network of the counting center.

The particular aircraft is Swiss made, but the picture at the top is not the particular aircraft recorded by flightradar24. Little strange there is no tail number provided for the aircraft in question.
See post 12. The Phoenix PD has a PC-12 outfitted with cameras. It looks like the pattern center is almost directly west of the Fairgrounds/Stadium and the east/west sides of the pattern are about 2/5 miles west of the stadium.
I just checked and you are right. The center of that pattern is five miles west of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
The Deep State is not going to allow any ankle biting honest people/conservatives to stop their global reset. Whatever we do, it will not be allowed within what we think of as the existing system IMO.

This is a continuation of the massive effort that stole the election last November. This was obviously ordered by the current federal administration to find out who is there and to intercept communications.
The audit might just discover the fraud. The current illegal administration doesn’t want to allow that.
We have entered the soviet union, only worse: today the methods of surveillance are much more sophisticated.
How do you know its not some realtor shooting buildings for sale or a contractor/architect looking to make upgrades or new buildings? If it is police, they are not even close to the center where the count is going on, and are doing some other investigation?
I wouldn’t doubt if there are a number of entities both gov and civil that have those types of planes in that area; pointing to one or the other is useless speculation unless you get a tail number.

It started out that way and was to be used against our enemies in Iraq. An ex-military person that worked on the program shoehorned the technology into a career after he left. There should be a hell of a lot of questions about this technology transfer, but you can bet there wasn’t/won’t be. This more than likely was a classified project at one time, how’s that work? That was more then a decade and a half ago, seems it’s advanced significantly beyond it’s original capabilities. I would have figured it would have been miniaturized by now.

Can't fly directly overhead or to the south or east due to flight patterns in and out to Sky Harbor Class B and flying over down town Phoenix.
North has mountains for obstructions and the Coliseum dome can block views of the parking lot.

The ex-military person I mentioned before was actively trying to sell this tech to police departments across the country.
