Officials said the group was overcrowded on a 40-foot (12-meter) cabin cruiser that is larger than the typical open-top wooden panga-style boats often used by smugglers to bring people illegally into the U.S. from Mexico.
“Every indication from our perspective was this was a smuggling vessel. We haven’t confirmed their nationality,” said Jeff Stephenson, a supervising agent with U.S. Border Patrol.

More blood on the Democrats hands...This along with the dozen or so killed in the SUV VS tractor trailer recently in the El Centro area.
Somebody needs to ask Joe about this. Maybe we can used all of the parked airliners to fly them directly into our cities and take the jobs Democrat voters won’t do.
They only lost 3 Democrats. The other 27 Democrats will be voting very soon! 90% success rate. The three lost are merely collateral damage, the cost of doing business. In particular, their lives did not matter.
A three hour ride. The weather started getting rough. If not for the courage of the crew, the smuggler boat would be lost.
This incident alone will probably cost the CA tax payers another ten million plus.
I lived in Imperial Beach, CA from 1980-82. It’s the very LAST American town before you get to Tijuana, Mexico.
There wasn’t a DAY that went buy that there wasn’t some disturbance on the beach with people hopping the fence and trying to swim their way into America.

What we should be pointing out, over and over and over and over again, is that this happens BECAUSE of government corruption. It happens BECAUSE governments are generally full of narcissistic selfish people who are attracted to the shiny things that fame, power, and personal wealth are. It happens BECAUSE of poor government - which is the norm for the vast majority of governments.
We need to emphasize the truth, which is that any societal structure that puts centralization ahead of individualism will ALWAYS lead to the suffering of individuals. ALWAYS, without exception.
We then need to emphasize that it is the goodness of traditional America, that promises the INDIVIDUAL freedom and the opportunity to make their own way,] that is attracting all of these people from places in which government has too much power and thus there is too much corruption.
We need to emphasize that the solution for all of these peoples of the world who want to escape their current lives is to help them to markedly decrease the power and scope of their governments, and to build societal structures in which those in government are ALWAYS treated as servants of society - with NO special privileges and NO stature above the average citizen.
