The sesame oil is what really gives anything including it *character*. I love that stuff - we make a spinach salad that my Korean friends taught us; just spinach, sort of fried/steamed with a little sesame oil and garlic powder, and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. Serve cold with soy sauce.

I used to buy a small bottle at the grocery store one at a time then I saw some in an asian market 4X the quantity at the same price. So I get it and our soy sauce there now. Love it in our house too, especially in pho soup and hot n sour soup, also if I buy a bag of those big LingLing potstickers I beef up the sauce packets they give you. I use our dried cayenne peppers and put them in bottle with usually sunflower oil After it sits out for several days it goes in the fridge.
