A tree can fall on your head too.Four recorded deaths worldwide since 2005 attributed to eating leftover pasta.
I'm sure far more people are killed by falling trees.

A lady in San Diego died when a man tried to commit suicide by jumping off a building (I think it was a parking garage, but no one knows from which floor he jumped), and landed on her. He lived, she died.
