I had a friend who worked for the retail finance division of HSBC. they financed anything from dental work to breast implants.
He used to demand some of those delinquent debtors come in and prove that they were taking care of his assets..

Although legal in some states, dog leases are prohibited in Massachusetts.I might have to move back to Massachusetts. I hate having to put my dog on a lease.
