We were discussing if he would be required to be on it prior to 2024 since he was on it in 2020. No way he would be on it in 2024 but the ticket for 2020 had Pence on the ticket and if Trump is rightfully put in office because of fraud would he also have to have Pence?

Didn't Pence sign something about wanting to step down as VP? This was after the elections. Might have been in December. Maybe he was talked out of it, or it was just a rumor.
