President Biden on Tuesday wore a face mask to a sparsely attended, outdoor press event at the White House — where he hailed new CDC guidelines eliminating the need for face coverings at such gatherings.
The president’s appearance on the North Lawn was designed to herald the eased mask restrictions for people — such as himself — who are fully vaccinated.
After walking to the podium in the black face covering, Biden took it off and said, “Starting today, if you’re fully vaccinated and you’re outdoors, you need — and not in a big crowd — you no longer need to wear a mask.”
The president was later asked by a reporter what kind of message he was sending by wearing his mask even to the podium.

......unfortunately, here in Texas, that is the case....I absolutely refuse to wear a face diaper whenever I can get away with it...there are a bunch of hard-asses at our local Walgreens who like to give us proles a hard time, but for the most part, most places just ignore me....yes, this hygiene theater is never going to end....
Let’s not forget Xiden was the only word “leader” to wear a mask on a video conference call.
They cant realtime do facial manipulation that most people will see as real.
Its simpler to do voiceovers and tell Weekend at Biden to keep wearing the mask.

everybody is good at something, everybody has a strength that they can use to establish their reputations; Joe’s greatest virtue is his mixed messaging...there ought to be prizes for it, he’d have a trophy case filled to the top...

they hate the masks like evrybody else; what they love is the sainthood they claim while wearing them, so as to humiliate those blighted people who actually shun the masks they hate...

I see a good opportunity for the mom and pop stores to get back in the game, by making masks optional...they’ll get more business than they can handle...
