Sounds ludicrous but if another school has a right to terminate a teacher for not being vaccinated this school has the right to do this.

How about this. That NO school (or employer) has the right to know whether you have or have not been vaccinated.

Wish everyone would mind their own business when it came to vaccinations period.
We’d have better dialogue on the subject starting out with that baseline.

HIPAA, ADA, and GINA (Genetic Information Non-discrimination Act) have been trashed by the FDA, NAIAD, CDC, and Fauci, all giving the wuhanvirus as the excuse.
Anyone wanting health privacy, anyone that has a disability, anyone that has a genetic issue are s.o.l. unless they band together and push back.
Red states are doing just that.
