It is reported that the judge handling the Democrat Challenge to the Maricopa County, AZ election audit, which is sure to show massive election fraud if allowed to be completed, has recused himself less than 24 hours before the hearing on Monday.

The Democrats just hired a lawyer who was an intern for the judge. The judge did the right thing here.

This involves a Trump attorney Christopher Viskovic, who the Dems attempted to sanction for filing “frivolous lawsuits” related to the election fraud. The judge worked with him at one point.
It was a Trump attorney, not a dem.

May be. Hearing was scheduled for tomorrow am? At least this judge was a Republican.
The lawyer was an extern for the judge, and was admitted to the bar about a year ago. Worked on the early Trump lawsuits, and the dems tried to get him sanctioned with about 25 other Trump attorney's for "filing frivolous lawsuits." Sweet for him if this turns up dirt.
So if you don't like the judge you could hire one of the judge's former interns to get rid of the judge?

A smart former intern would refuse to be hired in an important case like that.

Every articole I’ve read on this is confusing. Did the Dems or the Reps hire him? One article said that he works at the firm that is representing the Cyber Ninjas in this case. Is not that a conflict for the firm such that the new lawyer would not be allowed to join the case? Does the Supreme Court of AZ’s order for filings in the appeal made by the Reps, (I.E. concerning the $1 mil bond issue), over ride the lower court order?
Really need some clarity on this new wrinkle.

A trump attorney, but we don’t know yet who hired him. I was assuming dems did to get rid if the judge.
