So if you don't like the judge you could hire one of the judge's former interns to get rid of the judge?

A smart former intern would refuse to be hired in an important case like that.
Every articole I’ve read on this is confusing. Did the Dems or the Reps hire him? One article said that he works at the firm that is representing the Cyber Ninjas in this case. Is not that a conflict for the firm such that the new lawyer would not be allowed to join the case? Does the Supreme Court of AZ’s order for filings in the appeal made by the Reps, (I.E. concerning the $1 mil bond issue), over ride the lower court order?
Really need some clarity on this new wrinkle.
That’s recusal policy for a judge here. Let’s see how it plays out. If we did it to get a leftist judge off a case, we’d be ok with it.
