Well, I had a strange deal might be along those lines the other day:
Went over to Billings' Cabellas store and on the way out the front door I saw a whole herd of state/local police cars (plus four or five unmarked but near clone white SUV outfits that I pegged as Federales) simultaneously go Full Monty on lights/sirens while accelerating to near Warp Speed on their way outta that poor little parking lot.
Shortly after this, I stopped at a light on my way to downtown just in time to watch an entire firehouse worth of Billings FD trucks going Back to the Barn.
Y'know what the local media had to say about all this Grand Exposition?
