E-commerce giant Amazon is forcing its employees to confess their “unconscious racial bias” and acknowledge their white privilege, according to a whistleblower at the company. The revelation comes just a week after the company giant announced this year’s “equity” goals.

Largest US employers are WalMart and Amazon.
So this Chinese shaming style humiliation and brainwashing is important.
confessing to something that is unconscious is really a sort of oxymoron. If you confess to it and are telling the truth, it’s not unconscious.
As for me, it’s very conscious. I believe all humans are racist, sexist, ageist, attractivenessist, etc. Tje only question is degree. If I owned a business I’d avoid hiring black people, not because of any racism. Rather, because they are harder to fire than white people if it doesn’t work out. It’s literally the government’s racial bias that would keep me from hiring blacks.
I see a trend in these posts. We Freepers are wise indeed.
They can’t destroy democracy and Christianity until they subdue white people, the middle class, the police and the military.
Hence all that is happening.

I’m not surprised. bezos has gone crazy with power, and thinks that his riches entitle him to change the world. He ordered Amazon to purge all signs of “bias.” I’m aware of a product review about a “Blue Lives Matter” product that included the words “...recognition that the police deserve and which they are being denied” and the review was blocked. bezos is out of control. If he weren’t rich he would be called insane.
The only thing that can possibly end our decent into this Republic-splitting endeavor is if the Supreme Court classifies Critical Race Theory as a religion.
It would then no longer be allowed to be taught in public schools, by government agencies nor would employers be allowed to force employees to swear allegiance to it.
Frankly, I wish we could do the same for Global Warming, but that's probably a bridge too far to even hope for.
We shook our heads at all the “new” college majors in “wokeism”.
The joke was on us. They needed jobs after studying all that social justice stuff and they got them. Every corporation and government entity has hired them by the thousands and here we are....
We now have more “problems” than we ever had and the useless majors that we all shook our heads over are now a powerful force tearing our nation apart by pushing tribalism and challenging cultural norms.
I may have unconscious racial prejudice. Unfortunately I am conscious so I don’t know for certain. Maybe I can get Dr. Blasy Ford’s hypnotist to help.

Time for a civil rights lawsuit against Amazon for creating a hostile work environment. We do not have to put up with this!
