if they think they are back in enemy territory and running as if their military points of view are still in play

First, that was hardly a ‘tackle’ and he didn’t ‘throw her to the ground.’ Such salacious bullcrap. The cop didn’t do anything wrong here. He’s not a clinician. That wasn’t a medical examination to determine competency. It was the arrest of a woman suspected of shoplifting. Diminished capacity isn’t immunity from arrest.

If everything that is alleged in the civil suit is true, then her FAMILY is responsible for what happened to her, not Walmart or the Police.
