“Doctors generally advise that most people get enough micronutrients in their diet “
Doctors don’t know shite about nutrition.
They are “drug dealers” working for the cartel of drug companies that give them kickbacks/perks.
“with vitamin D had a lower risk by 9 percent, with probiotics had a lower risk by 14 percent and with omega-3 fatty acids had a lower risk by 12 percent,” the researchers wrote.”
I take ALL of those (and more)
“...for men there was no difference linked to supplements, while in women the results were present across all ages and BMI groups”
I’m a victim of being male! Where do I go to file my grievance for my masculinity?
The AMA and FDA are quite aware that without supplements you are guaranteed to be vitamin deficient. Having healthy people around is bad for their bottom lines.
What are the levels taken?
Most of these observational supplement studies have a low-level, supermarket, multivitamin standard, which isn’t enough to make much difference in this situation.
