Now that the jury is out in the Prosecution of the Floyd "Murder" case, this writing seems to be just as appropriate, if not more so after the appearance of Maxcine Waters in Minneapolis in order to goad demonstrators into further "confrontation," arson and looting,The historian who wrote this is a Great American. Perhaps one day we will know his/her identity.
Ping!
So much truth in it.
This is excellent; I certainly hope that it is authentically from a professor at UCB.
The notion that ‘diversity’ only pertains to skin color is inherently racist. There seems to be no room for diversity of THOUGHT in academia today.
Here’s an alternative link to the letter, and some commentary on it - the letter seems to have been ‘canceled’ by the host you posted in the header:
The more “reasonable” members of the Left are trying to reel things in a bit. I don’t think they can anymore. The radicalism in the 70’s got reeled back in, but they were largely a fed operation anyway. BLM got reeled back in a few years ago when their donors stopped the money because BLM started talking about the group that their donors belong to. I don’t think anyone can reel the mob in anymore. Are they even willing to, or are they ready for their final victory?
UCB actively dehuminized and propogated hatred members of the US armed services during and after the Viet Nam War
Why be surprised about this.
I want to say a few words here.
In all my years i have never had a bad experience with police.. But I have never given them reason to either..
BUT......
After barry was elected there was a party going on at a hotel pool.. It got noisy and out of control. The attendees were black.
Police were called and they wouldn’t stop do they were taken in and kept for the night. Next morning they were on a tv show and asked why didn’t you just do what the police said.
They answered “because we don’t have to.”
That would require something... Huh?
But I’m not finished..
My son was diagnosed with leukemia.. A terrible thing to go thru.. My dear son.. Driving home from doing some final things.. He was so sick.. He headed home to get his meds.. Speeding 10 mpr over the speed limit.. He was stopped by a woman police...
His blond hair all gone from chemo.. Wearing a mask to keep germs away....
Policewoman came to his window and my son gave her no trouble.. Just asked her to hurry.. He was deathly ill..and was one block from his housevand meds.
She meandered around his vehicle.. Asking questions that had nothing to do with Asa traffic stop. She took half an hour doing nothing but making him wait.
I would fight a war on his behalf.. Sweet caring and being treated like that.
My son lost to cancer.. He’s in glory.. But that women will meet up with bad times.. God is watching and she acted like a fool giving police a bad name among some.
I would never go against our police.. But id like the see that woman in plain clothes... She did not know that young man was my joy... And she hurt him and she hurt me.
Yes.. I’d fight a war.. For him.
Great piece! Thanks for posting.
It is for historians, therefore, to explain why Japanese internment or the massacre of European Jewry hasnt led to equivalent rates of dysfunction and low SES performance among Japanese and Jewish Americans respectively.
The vast majority of violence visited on the black community is committed by black people.
There are virtually no marches for these invisible victims, no public silences, no heartfelt letters from the UC regents, deans, and departmental heads.
The message is clear: Black lives only matter when whites take them.
No discussion is permitted for nonblack victims of black violence.
George Floyd was a multiple felon who once held a pregnant black woman at gunpoint. He broke into her home with a gang of men and pointed a gun at her pregnant stomach. He terrorized the women in his community. He was a drug-addict and sometime drug-dealer.
Someone will find out who wrote this and then barbecue him. If it’s real.
