Reports of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis following administration of CoViD-19 viral vector vaccines (AZ/J&J) have a peculiar clinical presentation exhibiting haemorrhage, blood clots and thrombocytopenia.
We proposed a mechanism to explain the vaccine-induced prothrombotic immune thrombocytopenia (VIPIT) and reported that the genetic CoViD-19 vaccines (both viral and non-viral vector) may directly infect platelets or megakaryocytes triggering mRNA translation and consequent spike protein synthesis intracellularly. This may potentially result in an autoimmune response against platelets and megakaryocytes.
The consequent thrombocytopaenia may lead to internal bleeding and spontaneous blood clots. The increased circulatory levels of acute-phase proteins in the pre-clinical vaccine studies in animals may also be a contributory factor putting the haemostatic system at increased thrombotic potential.
Data confirmed the CVST incidences with all genetic vaccines (viral or non-viral vector) The regulatory authorities reported the CVST was unusually accompanied with thrombocytopenia in subjects injected with viral vector vaccines (AZ/J&J) than those injected with mRNA vaccines.
We looked at preclinical studies of these vaccines to ascertain their biodistribution to body tissues beyond injection site for a possible explanation of the rare fatal clots formed in the brain.
Each dose of the vaccine contains a very high viral load 50 billion viral particles per dose in AZ/J&J vaccines.
The viral particles are unlikely to be confined to the muscles at the injection site; they are free to distribute across the body and drain through the lymphatic system; their apparent volume of distribution is likely to be very high.
The biodistribution in BALB/c mice indicated the highest viral levels at the injection site, but low levels of virus were still detected after 24 hours in all other tissues (including blood, brain, heart, inguinal lymph node, kidney, liver, lung, gonads, and spleen) and may increase over time.

I think what’s disconcerting is that...this may not be as rare an issue as the medical authorities are making out — but still rare enough to dismiss and ignore.

This article confirms what most on FR already understand: previously, new drugs and treatments had to undergo years of testing, trials and analysis before approval and use; with these new “vaccines”, the folks getting the shots are the trial.
It should down to the individual to decide whether the benefit outweighs the risk.

If you are a lifeguard in a Southern state, you are probably okay.
Zinc alone won’t necessarily wipe out the virus, quinine or HCQ will breakdown the barrier around the virus so the zinc can go in and destroy it. My husband tested positive on Friday and started the tonic water and zinc protocol (4 oz tonic water and 90 mg zinc 2x/day.) He went in for the antibody treatment Saturday morning, but continues the quinine & zinc. Late Saturday he was really having trouble breathing. I reminded him to take the second round of tonic water & zinc. Within a short time, he began feeling better and has not experienced the shortness of breath since. How much of it was the antibodies and how much was the tonic water and zinc we don’t know, but everytime he used the TW and zinc, he felt better.
Our daughter, who does not live with us but visited with us Thursday tested positive Friday as well. Her experience is much the same. She didn’t not get the antibody treatment and she has not experienced the difficulty breathing, but she did begin the tonic water and zinc twice a day. Her symptoms are abating. I am going for a Covid test today and hope to get an appointment for the antibody injection too. I will not get the vaccine, but I will get this Regeneron treatment if I can. I have a 6 old month old grandson and I need to be careful. He is not my daughter’s son.
I use chelated zinc with quercetin: 30 mg zinc once/day and 250 mg quercetin BID.
That’s in addition with vitamins A, Bcomplex, C and D3. Also iodine.
After decades of one illness after another, I haven’t had any meaningful viral infection for over 2 yrs.
Nice to see the vaccine’s ramifications unfold after millions of injections. I suppose this is what you call a real world experiment on humanity.

Agree, but a benefit/risk analysis cannot happen without INFORMED CONSENT .... and this is not happening.

Definitely true. I’ve taken 5,000 units of D3 daily for years and that just keeps my blood levels in the lower part of the range for “normal”.
I probably should go out in the sun more and not wear a hat but want to protect my flawless, youthful looking skin healthy. ;-)
CVST is running about one case in a million doses for J&J, AZ, Pfizer and Moderna.
That is less than the population average.
Probably because the vaccines mainly go to older folks, and most cases of CVST are to women taking estrogen-based birth control, and only some to post-menopausal women using estrogen Hormone Replacement Therapy.
