Definitely true. I’ve taken 5,000 units of D3 daily for years and that just keeps my blood levels in the lower part of the range for “normal”.
I probably should go out in the sun more and not wear a hat but want to protect my flawless, youthful looking skin healthy. ;-)
The same for my “youthful skin”!
