Well, high-profile conservative attorney Robert Barnes says what Maxine has just done, while a trial is still ongoing, in the city where the verdict will come down, has just given Derek Chauvin a very strong appeal.
Here’s what Barnes said: “Judge made a mistake keeping trial in Minneapolis. Mad Max just gave Chauvin a strong appeal. "

I think Barnes is right. Mad Maxine did provide good grounds for an appeal.

After the defense expert testified that the carbon monoxide from the vehicle’s exhaust could have been a contributing factor in Floyd’s death, the state wanted to introduce the lab results from Floyd showing his carbon monoxide levels. The judge told them no, but they called Dr. Tobin back to the stand as a rebuttal witness. By the time this occurred, the defense witness was already on his way back home.
There’s not a jury in this land...not a court in this land...and not a judge in this land that will do anything but convict...sentence to 30 years...and deny any appeal that might be filed.

Loudmouth Maxine wants a nationwide riot if Chauvin is acquitted. She did this on purpose. Maxine knows her primary role in the Democrat Party is being a racial agitator, and sadly she does that part superbly!
That judge had grounds to declare a mistrial long ago but has not. He is a coward and will ensure the mob gets it’s way.
