Well, high-profile conservative attorney Robert Barnes says what Maxine has just done, while a trial is still ongoing, in the city where the verdict will come down, has just given Derek Chauvin a very strong appeal.
Here’s what Barnes said: “Judge made a mistake keeping trial in Minneapolis. Mad Max just gave Chauvin a strong appeal. "

Don’t forget the prosecution introducing new evidence right at the end AFTER the judge told them not to and threatening to declare a mistrial if they did.
They did anyway but judge didn’t follow through with the threat.

If Chauvin is acquitted it won’t just Minneapolis that will burn, it will be wide spread just like last summer....
IMO, Chauvin gets convicted of something and 1-2 years from now the case is thrown out and a new trial is order when things die down...
At that point, the state might not proceed with a new trial..

IMHO, she’s not dumb but she most definitely EVIL! And she’s INCOMPETENT despite being reasonably intelligent.
She personifies what is wrong with the democRATS in Congress.
Her only job is to incite. And to siphon off as much of the taxpayers' money into her own pocket as possible.
She's not bright enough to do anything else. But she serves the democRATS' purpose for her. She's down for the incoherent Pelosi speak. Then scurries back into the stank darkness like all roaches and rats do until they need her again.
In Minneapolis, a vote to acquit will directly and negatively impact the jurors, their families and friends. And people are organizing and agitating to maximize that factor. I know the agitators would still be doing this if the trial were moved, but Minneapolis is a worst case scenario.
