My husband said the same thing.....
...but my take is she wanted to ‘stand’ with her ‘subjects, the people’ who are being held to draconian measures and standards.
She is highly respected.

It won't. Facemasks and distancing theatrics after vaccination are performance art, not anything based on science. None of the neurotics that these kinds of performances cater to are going to stop demanding them.
