“He needs to serve some time.”

Only if guilty of the alleged crimes with which he is charged.

His guilt is in dispute. And evidence is emerging from both the prosecution and defense testimony of reasonable doubt.

But you may know something no one else does.

Bingo. We all know Floyd was a scumbag on his way to a self-made early grave. But justifying the force used against him is the crux of this case.

If he didn't have an enlarged heart, wasn't high on drugs, wasn't fighting the cops tooth and nail....restraining was just a piece.

Putting it another way...if Floyd didn't have those conditions, he MORE THAN LIKELY wouldn't have died because of the restraint.

He was resisting so yeah, that’s what you do. But for over 9 minutes is what makes it tricky I guess. If he pinned him for a couple of minutes and let up and he OD’d and died would there be a trial.

Who dies laying prone for 9 minutes? A drugged up sickly man, that's who.

There is merely "prone" and then there is "prone on a hard surface, with pressure applied, and hands both cuffed in back and the arms pressured upwards toward the neck."

And, unfortunately, a drugged and sickly man was precicely the one Chauvin was aware he was dealing with.

I'm still on the fence as to guilt or innocence, FTR.

I agree. I watched crowder do a reenactment of it. That doesn’t make it true but he was able to move around and breath and talk. I think Floyd was going to die anyways unfortunately. He needed to be at the hospital and who knows if they could have saved him.

Former Officer Derek Chauvin was justified in pinning George Floyd to the ground because of his frantic resistance, a use-of-force expert testified for the defense Tuesday, contradicting a parade of authorities moral cowards from both inside and outside the Minneapolis Police Department.

> It was inevitable that the parties would each put “experts” on the stand. <

Bingo. And these “experts” are usually paid very well to show up and say what they say. So their testimonies should always be taken with a grain of salt.

Brody was very good on direct, but was shredded on cross examation. Got into an argument with the prosecution whether Cauvin was on, or on top of Floyd. Kept agreeing with the prosecution on cross. Terrible.

No man weighing less than 200 lbs should be considered eligible for the job, nor should any woman regardless of weight.

I don’t know what he could of done better.

Chauvin could have done much better; but that doesn't mean he is guilty. 2nd degree negligent homicide is a possibility.
