Most places in America where life is dirty, polluted, dangerous, violent, and plagued with racial hate and race riots, are cities that are almost exclusively populated by and governed by Democrats.

2. Liberals don’t necessarily want safe, tolerant places. They’re the meat tolerant of anyone. And they need chaos because if there wasn’t chaos, they wouldn’t be able to ride in on their nasty hags and save the day by slinging as much sh*t against the wall and making someone else clean it up.
3. No matter where they go, destruction will follow. Their arrogance, incompetence and indifference will eventually show and they’ll just pack their things and ruin the next place.
One thing that sets them apart is the fact that many have money. And go anyplace where they cluster, ie City of Decatur, Ga, and they’ll have all the right songs in their front yards and support all the Leftist policies, but no brown folks are allowed to live their unless they work at Emory. Their wealth insulates them from the consequences. Same thing goes for all Portland, Seattle, etc. Let ANTIFA start rolling into some of those affluent hipster neighborhoods and watch how fast those riots are handled.

Rural America should quickly adopt strict zoning laws to avoid the proliferation of trendy restaurants, boutiques, high end stores, private schools, etc. that attract liberals like flies to honey. Don’t let them transform your idyllic paradise into a blue hell hole.
It’s happening where I live
The good news is that the first in liberal enclaves to move to rural America are folks like me: conservatives that are tired of the lunacy. And yes, I moved from Seattle to rural Kentucky ten years ago and absolutely love it.
The problem is, because I’m seeing it, the kids don’t want the family farm anymore. They sell the farm to a developer. The developer has already bribed the county commission/ city council and the zoning board. Because all anyone sees is dollar signs.
All the local government folks see is increased tax revenue for their pet projects and get paid at the same time.
Then all the businesses you mention start to pop up along with lousy traffic.
Liberals own large urban communities... they thrive on the welfare system and dig themselves further and further into the ‘nowhere land’ of indolence and hate.
To live in a rural area, it takes work and ambition.
Now what DownLowBarry O hinted at, Biden is going to spring into action with the ‘infrastructure’ scam. Going to force suburban, single family areas to build ‘multi family’ housing. My area has no violent crime and hardly any property crimes. Everybody has a gun. Nobody cares what color you are...if you figure out a way to save $$$ through hard work or luck, welcome in, nobody gives a rats arse. This is getting ridiculous. During the real estate downturn 10 years ago, I saw an entire little ex-urb destroyed when the gvt turned it all into section 8 housing. It was like a ghetto within a year.

The leftists did not actually have to move to rural America to ruin it. The commie/abortionist/homosexual complex simply had to gain control of the teaching universities that supply rural teachers. This, along with anti student communist teacher unions is rotting rural America from within.

Yeah, we live in an extremely materialistic society. We worship the wrong things. Its probably going to be a big factor in our undoing, which is obviously already in progress. the Big Fail is happening quickly.
Happened in my little town. A huge drug rehab center is being built here for the elite. It won't help local businesses because we have none, as well as no police protection.
We know who the new leftists are. They installed solar panels which will fry our birds. After a few years they'll remove those panels because they don't work up here.

I live about 40 miles east of Atlanta. It’s changed so much. Now I need to move further away. And now, with the NSA taking over Ft Gordon and all the tech folks that will follow, even Augusta isn’t safe anymore.
And with regards to Augusta, I’m just going to kick back and watch that unfold.

Ha-I live in an old-ish, city neighborhood that is no way ‘cool’ enough for minorities or wise-butt Liberals.
It’s like the “land that time forgot” here. Everyone quietly takes care of their own property and minds their own business. No one wants to gentrify this placed or build here ... and there is no commercialization. We watch the BS pass us by and we LOVE it.

When I first moved to Atlanta, I did appraisals. There was neighborhood just like that about a Par 5 from the Fulton Cty Jail. It was awesome.
Unfortunately, when their parents and grandparents passed away they sold everything to the hipsters.
