The Democrats’ maddened attacks on the economy mean that Biden was right that “winter is coming” – and he’ll have caused it.
It’s important to pay attention to financial reality. I see a red flag raised when grocery store prices rise precipitously. Inflation is rapidly escalating. Look at the Weimar Republic, where hyperinflation required wheel barrels of money to buy bread. Biden’s policies could precipitate a similar mess.
We already had a large national debt when COVID hit, but the country was in good shape and the ratio of debt to GDP was dropping. We were experiencing an economic renaissance. We were producing and growing and manufacturing, right here, not overseas. America First was working. We had the energy sector screaming along (no more buying oil from the Middle East). We had record low unemployment, and our economy was roaring, thanks to Trump’s policies.
Our economy shrunk and our debt grew exponentially due to COVID. Many of the remaining small business owners are trying to come back to life as the sanctions against them are lifted (yes, sanctions). We’ve also “stimulated” our economy by offering government largesse to those given no choice but to shut down. This defines socialism, with the government paying you for what you don’t (aren’t allowed to, in this case) produce.
If Biden’s tax hikes pass, millions more will lose jobs and businesses, right when prices are rising. Add the enormous “stimulus” bill, and more job loss will result as money is funneled to crony states and projects, rather than mythical shovel-ready jobs (remember Obama’s shovel-ready jobs?). All you have to do is watch the Fox coverage of out-of-work union pipeline workers in Arkansas, and the help they are getting from Biden, to see what’s to come.

The lower Leftist echelons don’t really care, they think they will have theirs (and that the wealth will go on forever) and the upper Leftist echelons know full well what the end result will be, and look forward to it.
Our political class, most specifically (but not wholly confined to the Left) is a Kleptocracy populated by arrogant and unashamed grifters.
They undoubtedly feel that when it all goes down, they will have fully prepared their featherbeds to get through it.
For the lower Leftist echelons, they are all for socialistic and communistic ideologies for the simple reason that they think they will all be part of the “inner party”.
They are too bloody stupid and childish to understand that not everybody can be part of the “inner party” because then, the Ponzi Scheme won’t function.
Yep. With revolutionary zeal, from to to bottom, the Democrats and GOPe are embracing the Great Reset (Utopia). Like all socialist revolutions, it will end the same.
Yes. They always end the same.
But to Leftists, who studiously ignore history unless they feel it helps advance their cause, they never seem to recognize that.
It is why Leftism is always a fertile soil for weak minds, and why things like Communism and Socialism will never, ever die.
