Absolutely right. Officers are fleeing departments all over the country because of the targets on their backs, the failure of their chiefs and city councils to back them, and the unbelievably “defund” fad.
The largest city near me has 50 fewer cops this year than last, and since almost no one is coming thru the pipeline, expects to be down another 50 next year. That is out of a starting point of 750.

Nope. Got shot for going back into the car when told not to. Might want to watch some videos of cops being shot after a perp does that....happens. Too often.
If a cop has you get out of the car, STAY OUT OF THE CAR until told otherwise!
Particularly if one of the cops is a woman. If one is a black woman and you are white, you might want to start praying.
Lets go back to the frontier days where everyone opened carried and was real polite to each other. We don’t need cops.

This is true in virtually every case of shooting by cop.

Ha. It’s the men cops who are mostly the murderers. The quotas are rarely in incident.
Hard to tell from a BLUE video... But from reports I heard locally, she is in fact Black.

she not only was incapable of actually helping him, the little “aid” she did give was instantly recognized as weak and ineffectual by the perp so he acted, and got shot for it.

I don’t think this has anything to do with her being a woman...in fact, women cops are usually reluctant to shoot, which has not been good for their partners...but it does sound as if maybe she wasn’t trained enough and perhaps got confused.
there’s gonna be LOTS more of this kind of ridiculous ineptitude because almost no one who would make a good cop is going to want to be a cop when there’s zero backing of the police force by their mayors and city councils, which means almost all the people who will be applying to be cops shouldn’t be cops ... there’ll be a death spiral in the capabilities of our police forces as their professionalism disintegrates, resulting in continuously declining skills, capabilities and professionalism as less and less capable people are attracted to the forces ...
