That’s a pretty broad brush. True enough, any interaction is a potential danger. That said, the 99.997% of folks directed to pull over do so and all is well. It’s always the .007% that speed off, fight and do unlawful violence.
To characterize all interactions as you do is part of the problem.
You need to reread my comment. I didn’t say what you think I said.
I wasn’t addressing the 99.997% of people who do as directed. I’m talking about the .007% (or whatever the actual number is) that don’t.
There’s a reason when people begin disobeying simple police commands, police tend to err on the side of caution.
