Hilarious!! I couldn’t get all the way through it, but what I did watch was pretty funny.
To: mylife
That was pretty nasty to watch.
Oh well, I have consumed some over the years.

It’s my magic ingredient for several dishes. Only in one is it prominent enough that people have it figured out.

Wish-ta-shear sauce. That’s how we pronounce it.
My husband never had it. I was really surprised when I made pork chops and put it out to use.
I told him, ‘well, try it. It’s delicious on pork chops!’
He could not believe how good it is!

Fremented fish is rather yummy. So is fish sauce. I just had Tamagoyaki with brunch. I made homemade dashi with bonito flakes as one of the seasonings in the tamagoyaki. How is this connected to Worchestershire sauce? Feremented, dried, salted, and cured fish are used all around the world, and have been for thousands of years. The ancient Romans were very big on fish sauce made from fermented anchoives. It’s not just an Asian thing.

I like the Lea & Perrins too. Seems a little scarce right now at the stores, but I have a supply to last me awhile.
