How many arrests? Suspect none.
3 fatal out of 19, they made it above the “Mendoza Line” this time.
Nope I stand corrected, 3 out of 19 is .157, not above the Mendoza Line.
The cops almost never make an arrest or recover the weapons used. Would speculate that if they did a ballistic analysis of the bullets recovered in these shootings, the same weapons are being repeatdly used not necessariy by the same person.

Chicago is proof that blacks are garbage and the dem party wants them exterminated...If it was the KKK or white cops shooting blacks at that rate over the years,the dems would be screaming bloody murder and destroying every white in Chicago.....Since it’s black on black crime,it doesn’t matter how many blacks are slaughtered,even babies and kids.....

The deaths are looked upon as acceptable losses.
Imagine how Chicago and every other dimrat city will look when they defund the police and move about 10 thousand illegals into their cities.

He was probably shot while on his Paper Route. And then they stole his bike. And his shoes. /sarcasm
If any of the victims were Asian we would hear about it.
And, they never source the weapons. This would allow responsible owners to make sure they are secured—for those where the weapons are stolen. It would point out the dealers who might no be following the rules. It might identify straw man purchases.
I think every responsible citizen deserves to know how the laws are being circumvented.
And straw man purchasers should be hung from a bridge.
