Amid the disturbing rise in attacks on Asian Americans since March 2020 is a troubling category of these assaults: Black people are also attacking Asian Americans.

White people are the main perpetrators of anti-Asian racism. But in February 2021, a Black person pushed an elderly Asian man to the ground in San Francisco; the man later died from his injuries. In another video, from New York City on March 29, 2021, a Black person pushes and beats an Asian American woman on the sidewalk in front of a doorway while onlookers observe the attack, then close their door on the woman without intervening or providing aid.

That’s not how critical theory works. It’s starts which the presupposition of white supremacy, white privilege, intersectionality and power being the basis for all relationships as it’s foundation. Once you understand that, then you quickly realize that objective truth doesn’t matter. “Lived experiences” are the only thing that matters in conjunction with “disparities”. It’s like type of ethnic Gnosticism - only the oppressed minority has a secret knowledge of these things, therefore what they say is what should rule. It’s why you hear folks say that whites should just “listen” when it comes to race issues as whites aren’t qualified to have an opinion on the issues. It’s also why “silence is violence” - do what we say or your THE racists oppressor, hence the term “anti-racist” - doing what the perceived oppressed says.

Plus I think one can safely assume that the majority of attacks by blacks on Asians are by males between the ages of 15-35. I researched that a bit ago and that comes out to about 4% of the population.
