Why are a majority of Republicans hopping mad at the Republican controlled Kentucky legislature for passing a bill that makes it easier for citizens to vote?

Me: Making it easier to vote, without the security of ensuring that only those legally eligible to vote are casting votes and not dead people or illegals or those casting multiple votes makes the system corrupt.

Liberal: Spoken like a McConnell & Paul voter.

Me:Rand Paul, sure. He’s a libertarian. It can’t be helped that liberals are traitors to their countrymen and would gladly sell their countrymen into slavery for their ideals. To protect the vote, I’d remove a liberal’s right to vote if it were up to me. Anybody who believes in slavery, through socialism, should never be allowed to cast a vote.

Liberal: So inorder to “protect” the constitution of the country you would destroy it. Spoken like a true Republican.

Me: Socialism would destroy the Republic. Proving one’s legal requirement to vote and taking steps to ensure only honest votes are cast does not violate the Constitution. What have you against honest voting?

Liberal: You are the one who is talking about removing liberals right to vote. What do you have against honest voting. Removing anyone’s right to vote would turn the country into a fascist state.

Me: Dead people, illegal voting, and multiple voting are not rights in the right to vote. Nobody’s right to vote is being removed. Everybody gets the chance to cast one vote.

Liberal: The usual banal blather drilled into tRumpanzees at tRump rallies is growing old and tedious.

Me: There is nothing tedious about the Democrat desire to enslave. Only a person who believes that people should be enslaved for your personal benefit would say such a thing. That just makes you an evil person. There is nothing tedious about that.

Liberal: And you believe that removing the power to certify elections from elections management professionals and handing it over to Republican politicians as they have done in Georgia is a terrific way to ensure free and fair elections. tRump has really done a number on members of his cult.

Me: I think that all the information from elections should be open for anybody to inspect to their satisfaction. Election information should be open information, so we know that votes were cast fairly.

Liberal: Am sure having tRumps henchmen certify elections is a tRumpers wet dream. That's what the Georgia law does.

Me: Keep the information and you’ll have nothing to worry about. Georgia’s law is like Colorado’s, but it gives a longer time for advance polling.

Liberal: We need hundreds of laws, disenfranchising millions of people, to protect us from the average of two (yes two) instances of individual voter fraud each year, but we don’t need any laws to protect us from a virus that’s killed over 1/2 million people in one year. Got it.

Me: Those one or two instances of voter fraud could change elections. I’m not interested in becoming a slave in a socialist nation, because our liberal enslavers want to go to their graves securely wrapped in their blanket of virtue. You’re just giving evidence that you believe words and laws are magical things that can keep viruses at bay, heal the earth, turn back the oceans, change the trajectory of meteorites. Have you tried casting spells by speaking in rhyme or backwards?

Liberal: Please find one election outcome that has ever been changed because of individual voter fraud. You’ll never do it. Protecting a hypothetical by disenfranchising millions of people is unAmerican, and obviously shows that the intent is simply to minimize Democratic voters. It’s never been about election integrity but about voter suppression. Even Republican leadership has begun saying that part out loud. And many of the laws, like reducing precincts in black-heavy districts, have zero effect on election integrity, even hypothetically. Bottom line: Republicans are a minority party. They know it and need to suppress votes to win.

Me: I don’t need to find an election outcome. I only need to recognize the risk of such an election outcome in order to want to take preventative measures. I’m not a liberal who needs to be dragged to death camps before he realizes that he should have taken steps to protect himself. You’re right, I do want to minimize many Democrat votes. I don’t want votes of dead people, or illegals, or people who will vote a couple dozen times. One vote per legal voter that is cast anonymously. That’s what I want.

Communism, socialism and liberalism are conspiracies to deprive rights and steal property under the color of law.
They should be prosecuted as such.
