White House chief medical adviser Anthony Fauci says the Moderna vaccine is likely to provide immunity against COVID-19 for at least six months.
Fauci told a news conference on Wednesday that there is a considerable amount of information about the duration of immunity.
Referring to a study of people who received two doses of the Moderna vaccine, Fauci said antibody activity remained high in all age groups for at least six months.
He also said that vaccines developed by other companies are expected to produce similar results.
He went on to say that further research is needed to determine the effect of a booster dose to extend the duration of immunity

Sorry, but is this a vaccine? Vaccines are normally a one shot deal for life, not every year or 6 months, Dr. Fauci. I don’t know. Someone can correct me on this.

What it sounds like to me is that it isn’t worth doing.
Not all vaccines are “life” in fact nearly every one needs boosters. Think aviur growing up how many times did you get vaccines. Birth, 6 months, 18 months, 3_4 yo, 10yo. Then boosters every 5 to 10 years. Flu vaccines are less than a year before immunity fades. Small pox is 3 years for military grade effective and 5 years for civilians. Polio is every ten years. Yellow fever is every 3 or 5 depending on how high the threat level is for where I go in equatorial Africa its every 3 years to keep your yellow card valid. TDAP is every 10 years.
I hate to dispute the renowned Dr. Fauci; but that isn’t really what the Moderna study showed.
It was 33 patients from the Stage 1 trial stratified into 3 age groups and tested at various points over 6 months after vaccination.
What this study was measuring is the level of antibody dilution at different time points using three different assay methods and all three assays showed varying results.
Two of the methods showed a few participants actually losing most of their antibodies. One assay showed all participants maintain high levels of antibodies.
The study specifically states “...the antibody titers and assays that best correlate with vaccine efficacy are not currently known.” So they tested with all three.
Hmmm...So aside from the fact that the survival rate of COVID is 98% to 99%, what’s the benefit of this “vaccine” again? (rhetorical question)

Apparently math escapes you, the effect of the vaccines compound on top of a 2% death rate actually 1.8% per John’s Hopkins university for all ages going to upwards of 10% for elderly with 2 or more comorbidities. The Pfizer has been proven via peer reviewed science to prevent 98.2% of deaths thats ON TOP of not instead of. So for the average american it takes a 1.8% chance and removes 98.2% of that so it lowers the avg CFR to 0.0324% on a real document level not some internet message board pull numbers out the backsides.

Seeing as how I’m the one with the PhD and multiple master’s I could care less what non-scientists think. Don’t take the cure. Having watched two people die slowly and horribly chocking on their own fluids from behind plasic sheeting and in full body Tvek suits I can say if you don’t take a 98.2% cure you get what you deserve. The stupid should burn. Good luck you will need it. Most people on this board are likely not in the 1.8% they are likely obese Americans with at least two other factors like diabetes and hypertension , plus all the alcoholics with renal issues and livers that look like a skid row wino no skin off my back I’m immune have been for months. I can read and understand solid data the science is clear. Post memes and call names but what you won’t and can’t post is real science to back up the irrational tinfoil rubbish spewed forth it’s no wonder the world shakes their heads at people like this.
