What disappointed me the most in 2020 is mike pence
Mike had one chance to prove himself as a potential successor to Trump. What we learned that is he couldn’t be further from Trump in his makeup. He was plucked from the swamp to be a bridge to the swamp. That was his only role and he did ok. But never forget he is *OF* the swamp. He talks like them, thinks like them and acts like them.

My personal and largely anecdotal view of Pence’s deficit (among other things) is that he does not excite anyone, even with those who like him. I think a political candidate cannot achieve a needed energy in a campaign where the electorate feels no excitement toward them.
