I looked to see how high a stack of a million pages would be. One site said 1 million sheets would be 328.33 feet high. So 2.7 million pages would make a stack over 1000 feet high. Don’t try to make me believe that anyone or any combination of anyones have read them all.

Seriously, what is the defense supposed to do?

I figure the defense knew all this. I am sure Ghislane disclosed all this stuff to her counsel as to not have them be caught off-guard.

#7. In a case with a major document production, the producing side is allowed to send them in scanned, electronic form, indexed by production date/subject, etc.

Many courts want only electronic documents to be given to them and the various parties. Saves money, time, paper, etc.

0.0035 x 2700000 = 9450 inches /12= 787.5 feet

Average paper thickness is 3 to 4 thousands of an inch aka 0.003” - 0.004”
