#7. In a case with a major document production, the producing side is allowed to send them in scanned, electronic form, indexed by production date/subject, etc.

Many courts want only electronic documents to be given to them and the various parties. Saves money, time, paper, etc.

I realized that they weren’t sending actual paper documents. My point was who will ever be able to read all of it?
