I like college sports, especially basketball...

I'm not going to watch the olympics except I do like track and field, and curling is interesting.....

I really haven't watched much baseball for several years and none since I cut the cord on Comcrap cable over year ago. It is no longer the game I enjoyed growing up and into the 1990's. It became increasingly more difficult for me to watch after player's strikes. Now it is full woke, and I have yet to hear about any players opposing the move of the All-Star game.

I want to preserve my many childhood memories of the game. I won't let the business of today ruin my memories of the game of the past. I really doubt if I will ever watch another game.

About 23 years ago, the San Francisco Giants rolled out the huge “AIDS Quilt” in left field at Candlestick Park — right in front of where my 7 year old son and I were sitting. “Daddy, why are they rolling that thing out?”

“Well, son, some people who like to sew are showing off their work.”

That REALLY pissed me off and I went to only a few games after that. Even at the time I thought “what the HELL are they thinking? Are those who are getting AIDS really big baseball fans? Why piss off the main fan base?”

MLB has been trending woketard for many years with their homo pride days and rainbow BS and such. The last straw for me was in 2019 when the Yankees put an LGBTQ plaque in Monument Park and banned the playing of Kate Smith singing God Bless America during 7th inning stretches due to her alleged racism. The Nelson Mandela plaque dedicated in 2014 was the next to the last straw. The first straw was probably the players’ strike of ‘94.
