The Russians still have some nasty variants of smallpox, and they also have Covid variants in their biowarfare program. They also have airborne Ebola and superflu strains.

The Chinese would likely also have some of this stuff.

Just as a reminder, “scientists” have dug around in European graveyards trying to isolate the active source of the Black Plague among other plagues.

Plague is still active in the southwest USA - it came from Chine early in 20th century

ZStill have occasional outbreaks caused by rodents ............
