I am not sure the correct word is “nip” if he person nipped needs medical treatment. The article says that major is very friendly and wags his tail and wants to lick people. I like dogs but I do not wish to be licked by someone else’s German Shepherd.

The article also says that the Bidens adopted this dog in 2018. Can we say campaign prop? I wonder how long they’ve had the other dog who is described as “the older dog”. It does not say, though, how long they have had it.
