Dad was a shepherd owner and he said if any of his well trained dogs ever bit someone he would personally put it down.
When the latest became old and afflicted with severe hip dysplasia, I was given the task to take Zarek to the vet to be put down prior to the family going to our cottage for the fourth of July weekend. Dad was afraid that Zarek would turn and bite on any of the grand kids that would pat Zarek on his hind quarters as they would often do..........
Worst task of my life and the worst 4th of July for the family ever.......Still brings tears to my eyes and that was almost 50 years ago........

They supposedly got this dog from a shelter and it seems obvious why he was surrendered. Doubtful the brain dead Bidens have socialized this animal but you’d think the Big Guy would hire a professional Dog Whisperer before the mutt gets banished or worse
