It was advertised monthly for 2 years and final warnings for getting access were given up until the end of last year so no new users will be granted access.
Yes, I remember it very well, which is why I find it amusing that the OP is now claiming to have no list of subscribers.

Hello Oshkalaboomboom, I Freep-mailed you a few weeks ago about this but I haven’t received a reply yet. Would it be possible for me to gain access to your database, please? I’m more than a little late to the party with prepping and I am trying to catch up!
You have been here since 2001, so you were able to see every month of every year I advertised offering access. I also gave plenty of notice that the KB would be closing and no new people would be let in after Christmas 2020. If you were on any prepping pinglist or read the prepping threads you would have had ample warning and opportunity. I don’t know what happened but you missed out. Sorry.

funny - I downloaded the info on poisonous plants and got it mixed up in a folder with the wild edibles. I think I have them sorted back the right way...
