Funny thing though, I just got treated for A flutter (errant nerve in heart that makes it beat fast and erratic) and am back home. Read my diagnosis and treatment information and said I was being treated for CCP virus. WTF?
The absolute most powerful reason for concern is the decline in death counts established a slope downward at a given number of angle degrees in January.
There was essentially no vaccine distribution in January, but the decline slope was defined.
There are now millions of vaccinations, and the slope has not steepened. In fact, it’s become more shallow.
There will need to be an explanation for this. My guess is the mutations have out run the vaccines.
And even if this was BS, the fact is, there were 479,050 excess deaths in 2020 and 352,000 Covid deaths reported. that leaves 127,050 deaths excess excess deaths. What caused those deaths? Some of those deaths may have been traffic fatalities and suicides but it's hard to imagine that the bulk of them didn't come from Covid. It seems likely that the true number of Covid deaths is higher than the official count, not lower-despite your experience.

No, I think we need to play it safe and open up very cautiously. Covid is going to be a reality for at least 2 more years. This last wave wasn't the last wave. It will kill a million Americans before it's done and that's if we exercise caution.
2 more years ought to do it. We'll see.
