PORTLAND, OR (KPTV) - A woman accused of setting two fires on the same day in the same southeast Portland apartment was arrested.
According to the Multnomah County Jail, 19-year-old Dymond Unigue Ragland was arrested Saturday morning by Portland police at an address on Southeast 122nd.
Ragland is facing two counts of first-degree arson.
Portland Fire & Rescue said investigators were searching for Ragland last week after she was identified as a suspect in two arson cases.
Last Thursday, PF&R crews were called out to 2135 Southeast 122nd Avenue at 1:47 p.m. for a fire in an apartment. Firefighters then responded to the same location at 4:51 p.m. for another fire.
Both fires were determined by investigators to be caused by arson.
Ragland was scheduled to be arraigned on the arson charges Monday afternoon, however a no-complaint order was issued in the case, meaning the charges have been dropped for the time being. A spokesman for the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office said additional follow-up is needed from law enforcement to make a charging decision in this case.

So, they are not going to prosecute arsonists now? The apartment complex must be full of police or conservatives. To be fair, they set a fire in the lobby of the mayors hi-rise and to my knowledge to charges were filed.
In Portland, I guess you have to burn down the whole damned building and kill its inhabitants before you can get a “criminal complaint” against the perp who will be released on OR and given a city job as an environmental cleanup worker.
